I know how much you've hustled for us to have what we have at the table, to put the best wear, to have the safest place. I see the tension on your face, I see the sweat on your forehead, the invisible heavy weight you carry on your shoulders. You have sacrificed everyday of your life to make us this united happy family. It breaks my heart to see you struggling daily without giving yourself time to relax or enjoy the fruits of your hardwork😞. I might not be the best of them all and we might not be the best of buddies cos honestly we hardly talk, our schedules keeps colliding and we lose every chance of having a normal conversation. I want you to know I appreciate you, I'm grateful to you for all the huge and tiny doings.
You taught me a lot even when the lessons weren't directly communicated. Patience, resilience,and kindness to put others' needs first will always be your adored trait's. I try to follow your lead, be courageous and strong but I fail at times. I guess my heart is faint and my beliefs aren't as firm but I promise I won't give up, I'll fall and stand for as much as I can💪.
One day you'll finally have the opportunity to reap the harvest. You'll have no worries about any incomes or responsibilities, we will be the ones hustling for ourselves and you. I pray God grants you a long healthy life for you to witness my graduation celebrate my first salary and watch me lift the burden off you.
